About Smita

I am a REALTOR, licensed in the State of New Jersey. I am a member of NAR (National Association of REALTORS), NJAR (New Jersey Association of REALTORS) and CORE Association of REALTORS. Which earlier was MCAR (Mercer County Association of REALTORS). I am a member of BRIGHT MLS  & CJMLS.

I am helping families from years, to buy and /or sell THEIR properties, during  different phase of THEIR life, understanding deeply THEIR needs and wishes, at particular time, so that I can use my knowledge of local market, explore all options available to THEIR budget & make the process & transaction smoother for THEM.

I also help tenants and landlords. If asked, help tenants to understand how can they be ready for purchasing their first home! My job is to educate them so they can make most informative decision. 

I am well trained, well experienced & well connected to other professional REALTORS. I have strong team of Lenders, Title Compny, Insurance company and other services, within my office. My clients get expert attorneys and expert inspectors to make client's interest well protected. 

I coordinate each step in the process of selling & buying real estate. I make sure, the concerned offices are communicating often- fast. I have a best marketing professional available to help me design marketing strategy, material, digital advertisement and global connectivity with buyers and sellers through out.

I am a proud mother of two medical doctors. A wife of a best husband.
